Looking and feeling young doesn’t have to be complicated.
It all starts by supporting your body from the inside:
Eat a great variety of organic vegetables, some berries and a few fruits each day to get all the nutrients, the vitamins & minerals, you need
Consume a little high quality protein at every meal as it not only reduces hunger; it also helps you build muscle & bone strength … and lose weight
Limit your carbohydrate intake particularly bread & pasta & cut out all processed grains and … of course … sugar (as much as you can) as those age you much quicker and lead to many common diseases like diabetes, Alzheimer’s, …
Exercise moderately to stay active & engage your body to stay young
Use relaxation techniques like meditation, breathing, yoga, and others to help keep stress under control
Do this every day … and over time you will feel amazing … and stay young for a long time to come.
