An Exercise to Get Your Body Bikini-Ready …
One of the most effective exercises for getting your whole body in bikini-shape very quickly … and in a healthy way … is doing burpees following a HIIT (high intensity interval training) approach as outlined by Martin Gibala in his book The One-Minute Workout: Science Shows a Way to Get Fit That's Smarter, Faster, Shorter.
Go to YouTube to see how it’s done and then, every morning, do 10 as quickly & intensively as you can, take a break counting to 15 and repeat the cycle 3 to 5 times. If you want to really push it, repeat at midday and/or in the late afternoon, latest 4 hours before you go to bed, so that your body is not too revved up when you try to sleep.
